The purpose of the RSN Collective is to support us to deepen into our Radical Self Nourishment.

One of the central keys to RSN is our commitment to practice. As we well know, it is far too easy to forget our practices in uncertain times.  It is much easier to practice when we are in community and held in a loving container.  It inspires, motivates and supports us to practice and it has built in accountability to keep us honest, to track of our progress and to offer us a safe space to ask for support when we may need it.  

Together we build a beautiful strong nourished community of healers and change makers that are committed to nourishing our hearts as we transform the world!
